Production on the second season of Apple TV’s science-fiction drama “Pluribus” is scheduled to start on October 31, 2026, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, according to Production List. Its report described the series as being in pre-production.

The reported schedule follows comments from creator Vince Gilligan in September, when he said shooting was expected to start in late October or early November. Gilligan said the season’s storyline had been mapped out and two scripts were finished, while work on the other episodes was at different stages.

Apple ordered two seasons when it initially announced the project, which stars Rhea Seehorn of “Better Call Saul.” The company has not provided a premiere date or a release window for the second season.

The show earned six Emmys, with Seehorn receiving the award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series and Gilligan winning Outstanding Writing for a Drama Series. Seehorn also won a Golden Globe.
