"Our Lokal’s" updated payment processing allows merchants to include all fees associated with credit card processing in the purchase price for their clients.

With traditional payment processing services, each transaction includes a fee of 2.7% - 4%, which is paid by the business. "Our Lokal’s" updated service helps merchants to eliminate these fees by including them in the total sale price, while also offering customers a reduced rate for making purchases with cash.

The program works by automatically calculating the fee for each credit card transaction and adding it to the total price paid by the customer. While this strategy makes purchases made with credit cards slightly more expensive, the company suggests marketing the program as a savings service for clients that choose to pay with cash, since they will have no additional fees.

To help employers determine how this program may affect their business, "Our Lokal" has included a no-cost, no-obligation eligibility assessment on its website. Using the answers to 8 simple questions, the assessment can discover if a company qualifies, and provide an estimate of the total amount in processing fees that can be eliminated.

Every program provided by "Our Lokal" includes their “White Glove Service,” which includes assistance through the entire setup process, and 24/7 in-depth support for as long as the service is being used.

"Our Lokal" also provides a full range of merchant solutions beyond payment processing, for marketing, brand-building, and accounting. A full list of services can be found on their website, including payroll, funding, content marketing, and automatic invoicing.

One satisfied merchant said, “I was not interested in the beginning, but when they explained the benefits of their payment processing, I was sold. Very simple solution, but it helped me a lot in our everyday processes and saved money for our company. I highly recommend Our Lokal.”
