Dated Aug. 26, 2022, the letter noted that the closing bid price of SYTA’s common shares was below $1 per share for a period of 30 consecutive business days. According to the announcement, the notification has no immediate effect on the listing of SYTA common shares; they will continue to trade on the market under the ticker SYTA. Exchange rules provide for a 180-day compliance period, during which if the closing bid price per share of the company’s common shares is at least $1 for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days, the company regains compliance. If the bid price does not increase during that period, the company may be eligible for an additional grace period to regain compliance.
