He attended Texas A&M University, where he was in the University Honors Program, and graduated Cum Laude in 1983. He then went on to earn his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from University of Texas Health in San Antonio, graduating on the Dean's List in 1986.

Among his professional dental affiliations, Dr. Venincasa is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, and the Dallas County Dental Society.

However, on June 20, 2020, after six years of study and formation, Dr. Venincasa was ordained as a permanent deacon in the Diocese of Dallas. He was and currently is assigned by the bishop as a deacon at All Saints Catholic Church in Dallas. He applies his gifts of wisdom, knowledge, kindness, generosity, justice, and love of neighbor to all he encounters; this benefits his dental patients a great deal. 

 Beyond his professional commitments, Dr. Venincasa has also devoted time to coaching, overseeing twenty soccer seasons and contributing to the coaching of four baseball teams.
