Final trailer released for ‘Dune: Part Three’
The conclusion to Denis Villeneuve’s trilogy opens in theaters and IMAX on December 18, 2026, with international screenings starting December 16.

Warner Bros. Pictures unveiled the final trailer for Dune: Part Three on October 27, alongside a set of character posters. Timothée Chalamet and Zendaya return for the science-fiction film, while Robert Pattinson joins the cast as Scytale, an adversary plotting against Paul Atreides.
The movie concludes director Denis Villeneuve’s three-film series. Its story picks up nearly two decades after Paul, played by Chalamet, took control of the Imperium. As Emperor, he faces a conspiracy against his rule, the return of former allies and the emergence of new enemies.
Zendaya’s Chani is drawn into the expanding conflict, with her complicated relationship with Paul also part of the story.
Jason Momoa, Rebecca Ferguson and Javier Bardem are among the returning performers, alongside Florence Pugh, Charlotte Rampling and Anya Taylor-Joy. Isaach de Bankolé also appears in the film.
Adapted from novels by Frank Herbert, the film has a screenplay written jointly by Villeneuve and Brian K. Vaughan. Chalamet previously joined the director at a special trailer screening in Los Angeles earlier in the year to discuss the sequel.
