Ministry plans to end its live career at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California, on Oct. 30, 2027, band leader Al Jourgensen said in an interview with Licorice Pizza Records. The concert is scheduled for exactly one year after the release of the band's final studio album.

Jourgensen said he expects a celebratory farewell, with musicians beyond Ministry's current lineup potentially joining the band onstage. He did not identify any support acts. Although he has twice previously promised to retire Ministry, he said he is ready to bring the band to an end.

The album, Hate to Go (Take Out Or Delivery), is due Oct. 30 through Cleopatra Records. Three tracks have preceded it: “We Hate,” “Singularity” and “Burned Out.” Jourgensen was noncommittal about pursuing other music projects after Ministry, saying he would consider offers selectively.

Before the farewell concert, Ministry will finish 2026 with five Australian shows. Its overseas farewell tour with special guests Die Krupps begins April 2 in Utrecht and runs through May 1 in Helsinki. The band also has a May 16 appearance booked at Sonic Temple Festival in Columbus, Ohio.
