Miranda Kerr said she turned down an invitation to appear in the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show after feeling anxious about returning to the runway in underwear. She discussed the decision on the November 3 episode of Not Skinny But Not Fat.

Kerr, 43, said memories of her six previous appearances initially made the prospect exciting, and she gave the invitation serious consideration. But while meditating, she began thinking about how she would feel taking part now, as a mother of four boys.

She described a persistent knot in her stomach that meditation did not ease. According to Kerr, the feeling lifted when she considered declining, convincing her that sitting out the show was the right choice for her.

Despite deciding not to participate, Kerr said she appreciated being invited back and felt honored that she was wanted for the show. Her sons are Flynn, 15, Hart, 7, Myles, 6, and Pierre, 2.
