Nicholas Galitzine said moving from The Mosquito Bowl to Red, White & Royal Wedding offered a change of pace, describing the experience while attending The Mosquito Bowl’s premiere at the 2026 AFI Fest on October 22.

Speaking to Variety’s Marc Malkin, the 32-year-old actor contrasted the two productions. After spending five months working with explosions on The Mosquito Bowl, he said, the sequel provided a welcome reset.

Galitzine is reprising Prince Henry in the Prime Video follow-up to Red, White & Royal Blue. It marks his first return to a role he has previously played. He described the filming experience as wholesome and highlighted the addition of Lena Headey, who plays his character’s mother.

The actor said he was a major admirer of Headey and enjoyed working with her. Red, White & Royal Wedding does not yet have a release date.
