Sharon Osbourne said fifty percent of the lineup for Ozzfest’s 2027 return has been confirmed, with shows set for the U.K., U.S. and Mexico. Speaking to Hits Daily Double on Nov. 5, she said she hoped the participating acts would remain largely consistent across the three countries.

The festival has not announced which bands will perform or whether an Ozzy-related set is planned. Its return would be the first in-person edition since 2018; a digital edition took place in the Metaverse in 2022.

Osbourne said continuing Ozzy Osbourne’s legacy was her motivation for bringing the festival back. She said she wanted to do it for her grandchildren and for people who love his work.

She also disclosed that she is developing a musical using Ozzy’s music. Osbourne said she had rejected three offers for a Broadway jukebox production, arguing that the project needed credible musicians rather than Broadway actors performing rock.
