Helena Deland has announced Eternity Shrugs, due 1/22/27 through Chivi Chivi, and released its second single, “Tip Of My Tongue.” The Canadian singer-songwriter's new album follows Goodnight Summerland from 2023.

Deland said the single centers on an anticipated reunion with someone whose life or earlier self remains familiar despite time apart. She said that sense of recognition also informed the arrangement. A video accompanying the song was made by Jodi Heartz and Alex Blouin.

“How Do You Like Me Now,” which preceded the new single, opens the album. Other tracks include “My Wedding Cake,” “Whole Life,” “Room,” “Great Dreams,” “Where I Stand,” “Unconditional,” “Shazam!” and “Careful.” The record closes with “Here On The Page.”

Deland's tour schedule begins at Pantoum in Québec on 02/11/27. Further stops include Berlin, Amsterdam, Paris, Brussels and London, followed by dates in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Vancouver and New York. The listed shows end at Théâtre Outremont in Montréal on 04/15/27.
