Apple TV has renewed “Knife Edge: Chasing Michelin Stars” for an eight-episode third season, confirming its return just hours after the culinary show finished its second season.

Hosted by Jesse Burgess of Topjaw, the program follows restaurants across the world seeking Michelin recognition. Some are trying to win stars, while others aim to keep their ratings or improve them. Gordon Ramsay is an executive producer.

The show’s restaurant visits have included Evvai in Brazil and rural Wales’ Ynyshir, which has two Michelin stars. Burgess welcomed the renewal, emphasizing the personal stories behind the restaurants and the work chefs put into pursuing a star.

Since its Apple TV debut in 2025, the series has earned a nomination in the BAFTA Television Award’s Factual Entertainment category. It also won the 2026 Broadcast Digital Awards honor for Best Popular Factual Programme. Each season consists of eight episodes.
