Robert "3D" Del Naja of Massive Attack has put out a soundtrack album for Life Support through [PIAS]. All proceeds will go to the Health Workers 4 Palestine solidarity fund. The documentary follows a team of medics working under severe conditions in Gaza.

The film's original music includes contributions from Del Naja and Palestinian composer Habib Shehada Hanna. Working with the producers, Del Naja also helped choose existing songs to accompany the documentary.

Recordings by Kneecap, 47Soul and Yasmine Hamdan appear on the album. Another selection comes from the Five Techniques, a new project from Belfast producer David Holmes, with Paul Weller and Róisín El Cherif featured on the track.

In a statement, Del Naja described the challenge of composing for a film depicting the experiences of volunteer medics and Gaza's civilians. He said he hoped the music would convey those emotional experiences while highlighting the resilience of the people portrayed.
