Chris Colfer says Glee revival return remains undecided
The actor said his participation would depend on the material and scheduling, with no cast members officially confirmed to return.

Chris Colfer has not decided whether he would reprise Kurt Hummel in the announced Glee revival for Hulu and Disney+. Speaking to Out, the actor and author said people had begun contacting him, but he had not yet spoken with anyone about the project.
Colfer said he lacked details about the revival and would weigh the material, timing and specifics before making a decision. He described interest in his involvement as a compliment. No cast member had officially confirmed a return when the revival was announced.
His comments followed an onstage reunion with Darren Criss, who played his character’s romantic partner. At Criss’s Royal Albert Hall show in London, the pair performed “Baby, It’s Cold Outside,” revisiting their duet from Glee’s second season.
Colfer told Out that the performance had been planned for months and that its proximity to the revival announcement was coincidental. He said he had not expected the response or for the duet to go viral, describing the reunion as personally healing.
The original Fox musical series, from Ryan Murphy, ran from 2009 to 2015. Colfer won a Golden Globe for his portrayal of Kurt.
